The Rapides Parish School System and the Rapides Early Childhood Network held their annual Early Childhood Round-Up earlier this week and proclaimed February as the "Month of the Young Child."
All children in Rapides Parish deserve access to high-quality early education and care so that more children are positioned for success in the early elementary grades and beyond.
