Administration Department:


  1. Goal I: To ensure Board policies are aligned with current updates after each legislative session.

  2. Goal II: Determine programs and support services that need to be in place to ensure the presence of a safe and nurturing environment, as measured by various data sources.

  3. Goal III: Establish and implement a prioritized list of tasks/projects based on the department’s needs assessment to include projected cost and ROI when applicable.
