The Migrant Program is for children whose families relocate due to short-term employment. The advocate’s job is to see that migrant children have
all the support they need to make a successful adjustment in a new school. Rapides Parish is the cooperating agency, with Natchitoches Parish being
the Local Operating Agency from which funds are distributed.
