Meet Our Assistant Principal
Pamela Walker

walkerI would like to introduce myself to our Zone 3 family, to the district and to all of our communities. My name is Pamela Walker and I am so honored to be selected as the Assistant Principal of W. O. Hall. I want our families and our students to know that I will work hard to improve the quality of instruction in every classroom and make learning innovative and exciting. It is an honor to continue to serve the students, parents, and this community.

My belief is that all students should be provided a safe and nurturing learning environment enriched with new age opportunities for success. At W.O. Hall we plan to make technology, communications, math, science, and world events a focus for our students so that they will become a generation of innovators for the future. Our goal will be to prepare our 6th grade scholars for the next level of learning.

Meet Our Master Teacher
Sarah Jolly-Swift

sjollyI want to extend to our community and our district a very warm welcome to zone 3. I have been selected as the Master Teacher for W.O. Hall 6th Grade Academy and am excited as we work together to build our community and grow our students. This year will be an exciting time when our learners become leaders and embark upon new adventures in the world of learning. Sixth grade is a time that will provide important transitions and the acquisition of new skills that will enhance each student’s ability to apply learning that will provide a better foundation towards their future. I am committed to working diligently with our teachers, students, and the community to provide a supportive environment as well as build our teacher’s capacity in utilizing the best practices possible to lay the groundwork for student success. I believe in challenging our students in a way that helps each student progress at a developmentally appropriate rate and provides a safe environment for all. I value life-long learning and aim to make our student’s learning experience at W.O. Hall engaging and purposeful. Together as a school community, we will build on the traditions of the past and meet the challenges of the future in innovative and exciting ways.

H rachalPineville is my home. I live here because there is nowhere better!
Being the Assistant Principal at Lessie Moore Elementary has provided me the opportunity to give back to my community. As I end my third year as AP, Principal Laurie Johnson and I, along with our family of teachers and support staff, want to make our students the very best they can be because they are our neighbors and our community’s future. It is our goal to provide quality education in our classrooms and to instill pride and confidence in our students. My hope to build positive views of education in these youngest students, focusing on an excitement for learning, high expectations of themselves, and excellence in all they do.

Meet Our Assistant Principal
Rick Miller

rmillerMy name is Rick Miller. I am excited about being the Assistant Principal at the new D.F. Huddle PreK-K Center. A safe, stable, and secure learning environment is essential for children to learn effectively. I will work tirelessly to provide that environment as well as quality instruction. I have been given the responsibility of being a positive role model for these students. It is an honor to be given the opportunity to mold the young student’s values, beliefs, and help build character for them to excel as successful problem-solvers. I invite the parents and community to share this responsibility so we, together as a team, will make the largest impact on the student’s future.
