The GrantWriter/Manager works to improve educational opportunities for students through the investigation, research, development, writing, and coordination of state, federal, and private foundation grant applications. The following are some of the areas of responsibility:

• Participates in staff discussions to define needs in the areas of program development and implementation

• Identifies sources of available grants

• Completes grant applications and insures that implementation meets required guidelines
