Calls from school employees requesting supplies or maintenance at a school should be directed to the school principal.
The Supervisor of Facilities is responsible for the following:

• Supervises repairs and general maintenance in schools and on school grounds

• Processes work orders

• Supervises all new buildings that are under construction

• Facilitates the movement of equipment, materials, and supplies

• Serves as the liaison between the school board and contractors, architects and engineers

• Directs the maintenance staff

• Responsible for approval of contracts and payments to contractors

• Serves as the designated person for asbestos program

• Responsible for repair of equipment in the schools and central offices
